Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Your order will take approximately 10-15 business days from date of purchase to your door.
Q: Why will it take 10-15 business days to receive my order?
A: It takes 10-15 business days to be received because each order is actually made to order. Each piece is custom made. As we grow as a company we will stock more inventory expediting shipping time.
Q:What do you mean "Custom Made"? Is it hand made?
A: No, it is not hand made Jewelry. The process begins with a feeling, then a thought, combining those two it is then drawn and given dimensions, once that part is perfected it is then hand carved in wax form, once the hand carved model is perfected it is then "Cast" into Sterling Silver and a mold is created which allows us to recreate the exact piece each and every time. For some pieces, specifically the pieces that we use "Pave" design.. we start with the same process and we perfect it by using CAD/CAM to insure perfection of the prongs for setting, each stone is set by hand to insure the most secure setting.
Q: What if I am not satisfied with my purchase upon arrival?
A: We at Tantrhum want you to be happy and if for any reason you are dissatisfied you can return your piece within 30 days from the day you receive it for a full refund (minus shipping and handling) (please see return policy) You can also have an in-shop credit if you so choose and exchange the item for another. If the item being returned is of lesser cost you will be reimbursed the difference (minus shipping and handling), (please see return policy) and if it is of greater cost the difference will be charged to you. Shipping and handling will be charged at checkout.
Q: Does Tantrhum do special engraving?
A: No. if you would like your piece specially engraved please take it to your trusted jeweler or trusted engraver. (please see return policy) as once the piece is engraved it cannot be returned or given an in-shop credit.
Q: Does Tantrhum ship Internationally?
A: Yes.
Q: What Payment options does Tantrhum provide?
A: Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Paypal.
Q: Can I place an order from Tantrhum from my mobile device?
A: Yes, you can view and order from the Tantrhum site from any mobile device that has internet connection.
Q: Are Tantrhum designs sold in any other retail locations?
A: No, at the moment we are exclusive to the Tantrhum Shop on line only. If and when there is a change in our retail options we will be happy to let you know.
Q:How will my information be protected on the Tantrhum Site?
A: At Tantrhum we are very serious about your security and have taken great measure to insure the privacy and security of your personal information. We use a level 1 PCI DSS compliant e-commerce site. Our On-Line Shopping cart uses 128 bit encryption technology, this is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.
Q: What if I live overseas and would like to speak to a Tantrhum representative?
A: All questions and concerns are important to us at Tantrhum. At the moment we are answering those questions and /or concerns via Email at TANTRHUM@GMAIL.COM Your answers to your questions and or concerns will be answered promptly no later then the next business day.
Q: Do you collect taxes and Duties?
A: For U.S orders sales tax will be calculated at checkout. For Non U.S orders you must comply with the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the product(s). You will be responsible for paying any customs duties and or sales taxes.
WARRANTY
We want you to be completely happy with your new piece of jewelry, so we here at Tantrhum do take the time to inspect each and every piece prior to shipping to insure a quality piece that will bring you happiness for years to come. The Tantrhum warranty policy covers basic repairs and any unseen manufacturing defects for one year. The warranty is void if the jewelry was NOT purchased from the TANTRHUM shop or an Authorized TANTRHUM retailer. Jewelry returned within 30 days of purchase because of a defect will be replaced by Tantrhum, if jewelry is returned after the 30 days it will be repaired. This warranty is void if the jewelry has been damaged due to negligence or accident or unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in the materials or the craftsmanship. Please see CARE. All repairs must include your sales receipt or copy of your sales receipt.
LOST PIECES:
Please note that a lost piece does not fall under this warranty. (If the jewelry closing mechanism seems compromised in any way, the customer must send it back in as a repair.) Please see CARE.
STONES:
Pave stones are covered under the one year warranty. However all other stones are not covered under any warranty and must be paid for by the customer. Please see CARE.
CHARM HOLDERS are covered under this one year warranty, if you see that your piece can be compromised by a loose charm holder you can call Tantrhum, select REPAIRS and a new one(s) will be sent to you at no charge.
CLASPS are covered under the one year repair warranty.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason(s) you are dissatisfied with your purchase(s), we will gladly accept your timely return. We offer a 30 day return policy. We cannot accept a return if it is after the 30 days of the receipt of your merchandise. Returned item(s) should include the original packaging including scroll art and original or copy of the original sales receipt .Returned item(s) should be in the same condition as when it was received.This includes engraving(no item that has been engraved can be returned). Used items cannot be returned unless defective and within the 30 day return policy time period..(please see (WARRANTY). A full refund will be issued to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase (excluding any shipping or handling charges). All merchandise prior to being shipped is checked for quality to insure you receive a piece that you will be happy with for years to come. Jewelry returned within the 30 days of purchase for a defect will be replaced by Tantrhum, if the jewelry is returned after the 30 days the Jewelry will be repaired (please see WARRANTY) All jewelry returned or exchanged or sent in for repair must have been purchased by the TANTRHUM shop or an authorized TANTRHUM retailer. (please keep original receipt in order to avoid discrepancies).
